"A refrerral was returned from the server" Ranorex 3.3.3

Hi all,

I have a problem after installing the Ranorex3.3.3 trial version. The installation was finished successfuly but after starting the RanorexStudio I get the following exception:

"A refrerral was returned from the server"

Have someone any idee how to solve this issue?

Hello,

It looks like that some prerequisites of Ranorex are not installed on your machine.
Could you please try to download our zip-compressed file of Ranorex 3.3.3 from our Download Archive and install it via setup.exe?

We have installed the program once more time from zip repository on another server and it didn't brought anything. We get the same error

Ok we have found the solution. We have set in the Properties of the RanorexStudio.exe file the following option:

"to set (Run this program as an administrator) in the Compatibility Settings"
