Access variable in user code

Hi there,
I started testing Ranorex today. I quite like it, but ran into a problem:
I want to use a variable inside my user code. i tried to access the generated object via base, but that failed.It would be great if someone could help me.

OK, i'm dumb. It's accessible using this.<varName>

Could have tried that wen using base^^ -.-
