I am using Ranorex 4.1.5. I want to use Ranorex to simulate installation our software from Chrome Web Store.
The trouble is, uisng Ranorex Spy, I could not identify any UI element on the web store page, all I get is a big "TitleBar".
(The Ranorex plugin for Chrome is enabled, and I could identify web element on other web page without any problem).

Does anyone know the reason for this? And is there a walkaround?

Unfortunately Chrome doesn't allow Ranorex to access elements on internal sites. That's the reason that Spy cannot recognize elements within the Chrome Web Store.
A workaround could be to use "Image-Based Automation" as described in our user guide.
