Can't install serviceapp on iOS

Post by dkmpbrt » Mon Nov 30, 2020 3:38 pm

Hi,

I had the RxServiceApp 3.2.0 installed on my iPhone, but it kept crashing, so I deleted it and am trying to re-install it. But I receive an error that the app can not be installed.

I receive the following message:

This app can't be installed because the integrity of the app couldn't be verified.

We are using Ranorex 9.3.3 and Service App 3.2.0
My iphone has iOS 14.2

Hi,

Ranorex Added support for iOS 14.x devices in most recent Ranorex 9.3.4. So I think you just have to install most recent Ranorex version? Just give it a try 😉

Hey,

I've managed to get it working with only the newest serviceapp without needing the newest ranorex studio version.

Hi,

I had the RxServiceApp 3.2.1 installed on my iPad, but it kept crashing, so I deleted it and am trying to re-install it. Now I receive an error that the app can not be installed.

I receive the following message:

This app can't be installed because the integrity of the app couldn't be verified.

I have tried installing higher versions of the Service app i.e. 3.2.2 but they are not compatible with the Ranorex 9.3.4

We are using Ranorex 9.3.4 and Service App 3.2.1
My iPad has iOS 14.4

Thanks
Milan
