Comparison of two columns to validate another column value
Hi, I’m trying to validate values in two columns (web automation) to confirm value in a third column. Is this possible? And if so, how? I’m not a developer so no fancy code talk please!

I'm afraid, that your request cannot be answered without seeing, at very least, Ranorex snapshot (NOT screenshot!) of the columns in question. Could you please share the snapshot(s)?
And at next, I seriously doubt this kind of validation is doable without suing "fancy" code. So if you are looking for code-less solution, you are, most probably, out of luck.
