I have set up a VM to execute tests via Ranorex Agent, however, Ranorex Studio on my local machine is unable to find the agent. The automatic search returns no agents found, and manually searching the IP doesn't help either.
The VM has Ranorex Studio and Ranorex Agent installed, and it is utilising a Runtime Floating licence. My local machine has Ranorex Studio installed, is utilising a Premium Floating licence, and also serves as the licence server.
Both machines can ping each other, and the VM is picked up by the Licence Manager on the local machine. All specified ports are open.
I have tried putting both machines on the same subnet, and reinstalled all software packages to no avail.
I have run out of ideas on what can be causing the issue. Has anyone else hit similar issues?
Thanks,
Joe
