Hi, I am using Windows 11 and Ranorex 10.2.2 version. I am not able to spy elements on chrome and edge browser both at the same time. Tried to make changes in apps running in bachground too, but it didn't halped, If on edge spy is working, on chrome it's not. Also, I am facing issues in spy for Teams application. On teams application, I am not able to spy on some areas like on dialpad, input no. box call history, etc. Plz help me to resolve these issues. Edge browser and Team application screeenshot is been attached here.
Thanks

Hi, for the browser issue, you may want to try reinstrumenting both - https://www.ranorex.com/help/latest/int ... g-started/ -
then checking the whitelist - https://www.ranorex.com/help/latest/ran ... telisting/ - to see that both browsers are allowed fully, with any sub-processes.
But typically Spy is run sequentially on one browser, then the next, so not sure the simultaneous implementation would 100% work even after the steps above. Why would you prefer to run it on both browsers at the same time?
Reinstrumenting can also help with the Teams recognition issue, especially if you get Chrome to perform. Is it critical that you do this on the web version of Teams and not desktop?
