Emulator for Andoid/iOS Testing

Could anybody tell me best and free Android and iOS emulators?

The iOS Simulator that is packaged with XCode is free.

I find Google's Android emulator to be quite slow. Although not free, GenyMotion is very fast because it runs on an x86 architecture. You must compile your app for the x86 architecture in order to install it on GenyMotion.
