Ranorex Forum

I am executing a test run in a Test Suite, but randomly the test run fails at different locations and not in the same recording without warning. The next time I execute the test run Ranorex fails at a different element on a different recording. It doesn't happen consistently. Then sometimes the test run goes all the way through.

The error being generated is attached. I did some research on the forum and one possible solution indicated, I would need to set Ensure visible where ever this occurs. It isn't abundantly clear what is actually causing this error to happen.

If anyone could share their thoughts, it would be much appreciated.

First, it would be helpful to know which version of Ranorex you use?

Please upload the compressed Ranorex Report of the failed test execution. Furthermore, please create a Ranorex Snapshot of the corresponding UI element after the test failed. This will give more detailed information about the used technology and the cause of the issue.
