Exam Code VAlidity?

Post by bhudiashital » Wed Aug 14, 2019 10:55 am

Hi,

What's the validity of the Exam code? I got 2 codes which are already a month old.
Due to my surgery, I could not give the exam and now I have to study from scratch, which means it will take another month.
I am worried that by that time the codes will expire !!

Please guide me.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I would suggest to contact directly Ranorex support, via their support form available here:
https://www.ranorex.com/support-query/
I’m sure they will be willing to replace or extend your existing exam codes.

Hi bhudiashital,

As far as I know, it does not expire as we had one person take it over a year after purchase. However, there have been some certification changes since then. I have reached out to the person who heads the certification program to see if there is an expiration date. I will let you know when I hear back.

Regards,
Ned

Hi bhudiashital,

I have confirmed the code should never expire. If a certificate code ever fails, please let us know and we can investigate it and issue a new one if required.

Cheers,
Ned
