Execution of Script from Remote Desktop machine
I am running the scripts from Remote Desktop machine, whenever i minimize the RDC, script is not getting execute, Is there any solution for this?

The problem is, that once you minimize (or close) the remote desktop window, remote screen gets locked. Check this article...

The only solution seems to be using VNC or VMWare Remote Console.
