Hello Team,
When I am spying on any object on AUT I am getting a fatal error. The error is fatal error detected unable to continue unhandled operating system exception c0000005. The exception is coming only when Ranorex is trying to interact with it. While performing the things manually it will not throw an exception. I also tried spying with Ranorex 9.3.1 as well as 9.2.1 also with a combination of 32 and 64 bit spy. The application is Cad Design & PLM application. Kindly suggest any steps.

I'm afraid, there is nothing anyone here can do with such kind of issue. I would suggest to contact directly Ranorex support and request a remote session with them, during which you can show them your problem. They will eventually need access to the app under test.
