Firefox open in safe mode

Post by imor » Thu Mar 11, 2021 1:57 pm

Hello,

Can anyone help me to solve this issue? Every time when I use OpenBrowser (Firefox) it cannot open it. It open the window where can I choose Open in Safe Mode or Refresh Firefox. Did anyone else had that issue too?

Thanks.

Hi,

From the error message it seems, that FF is already running when you try to use OpenBrowser command? Have you checked if there is a FF process running in Task Manager? What happens, if you manually kill the FF process and start your test again?

In the past, I've implemented a KillProcess method in my tests, just to be sure there is no browser (particularly IE) running before OpenBorwser is used. Please check this post:

Simply run this code (adapt it according your needs), BEFORE OpenBrowser action. Hope this helps?
