Flash Flex Bug Reports

Hello Ranorex Team ..!

I have a big problem. I have been used Ranorex for 2 years on my web applications.
I upgared Ranorex Version 5.1.0 to 5.2.0. ten days ago.

My Ranorex applications do not run on my web applications . Why ?
I run Ranorex Inst.Wizard.(Tools/Inst.Wizard /Web (Google and Flash flex) several times (100  )

How can I learn Google chrome flash player debug mode ? Do you know it ?

Information About Applications:
 Google Chrome 39.0.2171.95 m
 Adobe Flash Flex
 Flash Player Version 16 NPAPI and 16 PPAPI
 Google Chrome Ranorex Plugins Upgrade 15 December 2014


Information About Operating System :
 Windows Server R2 2012
 Operation System Windows 8.1

Hi Can,

Could it be that you manually installed another Flash player version?
The one "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32_15_0_0_239.dll" should be the version which gets downloaded by Ranorex, so please enable this version and disable the other ones.
Does it work again after you enabled the right Flash debug player version?

I check this .ddl file .It is correctly working.(C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32_15_0_0_239.dll)
Tools --> Inst.Wizard -->Flash Flex
I choose Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome Dowloands succesfull.
Restart my computer. But I see Run Wizard Problem /Flash Flex .
