Hi,
I am using Ranorex 3.0.4.13228 on Windows XP, and IE 6. I record and then attempt to playback. IE crashes with a flex child elements caused a comexception on execute. The file is flash10u.ocx.
I unchecked Tools/Options/General/Component Inspector get com running objects at start up and the recording will playback one time. The next time I run it it crashes again with the same error.
Any help getting past this problem is greatly appreciated.
Thansk, ccfitz

Hi ccfitz,
Do you use the Flash Debug player with Ranorex Preloader?
( if yes please make sure you have the latest version:
http://www.ranorex.com/blog/wp-content/ ... oader1.zip,
if no which instrumentation variant are you using?)
There is a known problem with flash player crashing where we currently do not have a way around.
Does this only happen when accessing the flash object with Ranorex when flex content is currently loading?
What is the version of Flex you are using (if any) ?
