Flex "Disabled" elements

Post by Mourasman » Tue Dec 27, 2011 6:01 pm

Hey everyone,

Take the elements in the "Countries" dropbox on this page as an example. Is there any programatical way to know which elements are grayed out? Like Korea, for example.

Hi,

Did you try to use following method
http://www.ranorex.com/Documentation/Ra ... yValue.htm
with this method you should be able to get the color of the element if you know how the property is named.

Hi,
if you know how the property is named.
I suppose I need the source code for that, right? If yes, isn't there any other way?

Best Regards,

Yes currently you need the property which you will find in code. With Ranorex 3.3 we will add dynamic capabilities then you should be able to see this property.

Ok, thank you very much!

Is there any release date for 3.3? Is it safe to say when should we expect it?

Best regards,

Hi,

Sorry but currently I can't tell you a date, because we are currently in the development stage. But it should be available Q1 or Q2 this year. I know this is no exact date, but as I said I cannot tell you an exact date.
