Foreground frame not recognized

When i click on the element on background frame the foreground frame appears. And foreground frame overlaps the background frame.
When try to check for the elements of foreground the elements are not recognized by the tracker in repository .

Could you please describe what exactly a "background" and "foreground" frame is in your case. Are you referring to a web site ?
