GDI does not work in Windows 7

GDI does not work in Windows 7

I was able to work with GDI in another OS (Windows 2003 I think) but I'm not able to get GDI working in Windows 7 or Windows Server 2012.

I already added the application's workspace to GDI processes and also added the class to GDI but when tracking again there isn't any difference.

Any ideas?

Hello ElSticky,

Which Ranorex version do you use?
Please try to start Ranorex Spy as Administrator and add your application's process to GDI list.
Please try to disable 'User Account Control' temporarily.
Do you experience any differences?

Please post a Ranorex Snapshot of your application.
This would help us in analyzing your issue.
Please take a look at our User Guide for more information on how to create snapshot files.
