I would like to know more about your certification program. If i pay the required amount how many attempts can i take. Is it pay for each attempt or there is a limit on number of attempts.
Is there any material which we can go through for studying?
The test will be an online test i suppose?

You have only one attempt per payment. I believe the next attempt fee is somewhat lower? But I can be wrong about this. Don't worry about next attempt
As for studying materials, it's described here:

Basically, you can't go wrong with studying the user guide, watching screencasts and available webinars or attend a workshop.
And yes, the test is online and must be finished within 75m.
