Getting issues while executing recorded scripts

Post by subhashree » Tue Nov 04, 2014 11:17 am

Hi,

While running the recorded codes, only "build successful" message is coming & it does not execute so result is not displayed. No error is also shown.

Following are the details on my ranorex version
Ranorex trial version 5.1.2.19431

Note: I am trying for executing the recorded codes on mobile.

Could you please suggest any solution for this?

Please provide more information.

1. What version of Windows are you running on?
2. What Android device and OS version are you testing against?
3. How are you connecting to the device?

If you can post the Ranorex Solution that would also be helpful. If you can not post it here, you can send it to [email protected].

Hi subhashree,

Our current version is 5.2. Please upgrade Ranorex to the current version and check if the issue still occurs.
May I ask if you have the same issue using another device?
As krstcs already wrote please send your solution and the apk file of your application to [email protected]. This will help analyzing the issue in more detail.

Regards,
Bernhard
