Has IE9 been tested?
Has IE9 been tested?
Wondering with the impending release of IE9 (slated for release on March 14th) if Ranorex has been verified to be working with it (or at least with the latest release candidate).

Re: Has IE9 been tested?
Hi Ciege,
IE9 shouldn't be a problem, because we get the DOM object of the browser without any modifications. The only thing you have to disable is the "protected mode". If this mode is enabled, the automation is slow like a "snail"
But we will fix this with a future release of Ranorex - if it's possible - that nobody have to change this flag.
Turn off Protected Mode

Peter

Great,
Thanks for the information. We don't officially support IE9 for out web parts of our AUT *yet* but I'm sure someone of our customers will install it on release day and call our support!
Thanks!
