How to define an Android endpoint in a third-party device farm

Post by dougmccluer » Wed Sep 19, 2018 7:25 pm

My company uses a third party device farm service for testing our mobile apps across a variety of devices. After every test session, the devices are wiped, and of course, they are not on our network. They do provide an appium server. Is it possible to connect Ranorex to these devices in the farm and run automated tests?

Hi,

You should be able to connect to Appium server, by following this user guide chapter...
