Hi,
Yes, it's possible to run Ranorex tests without installing Ranorex. However, you still need valid Ranorex license and you need to copy a lot of dll files.
Follow the steps described here:

In my opinion, it's probably better to perform full Ranorex install on the target machine, even if you are not planning using Studio on that machine.
