During Ranorex upgrade, critical failure was introduced:

Now, i tried to roll back to previous version (2.3.5 in my case), but got error message:
"A later version of Ranorex 2.3 is already installed." - So i can't rollback!
Is there work-around?
Do i need to uninstall Ranorex first?
If so, what is procedure to save license?

You need to manually uninstall the newer Ranorex version first. Then you can install an older version.
There is no need to save the license (which could be done using the Ranorex Licensing Tool). It won't be touched. Anyway, you can always reinstall the license using the original license key (as long as the host name of the machine stays the same).slavikf wrote:Do i need to uninstall Ranorex first?
