Hello,
I'm evaluating the Ranorex tool for automating our mobile app in Android, IOS and windows 10 Platform. Ranorex has no plan of supporting Windows 10 mobile app (universal) automation.
Currently, I'm in the dilemma on how we record the scripts for one platform say android and run the same scripts on other platform like iOS by changing the elements locator. Can anyone suggest me any blog or reference article? Or it is not possible with Ranorex.

Due to differences in Object recognition it is unfortunately nearly impossible to use a Test which was recorded on iOS and run it on Android.
To analyze this scenario in more detail, I'd need a snapshot of your iOS application and a snapshot of your Android application.
This would allow me to see, which elements are recognized in a different way.
