Hello support,
I have two computers, one for development and one to run tests. On the development computer when trying to select an image with the recorder, doing image-based Validation, the images appear correctly. However on the test machine the recorder detects the panels with text but fails to render a panel with 3D content.
So it works on one machine, not on the other. On the test machine the graphics card is an ASUS R7 240 Series.
Do you know of any problems with this type of graphics card?

For the purpose of resolving your issue precisely, it would be great if you could send a snapshot of your application under test to [email protected].
Afterwards, we can discuss the next steps personally.
Additionally, be aware that the screen resolution needs to be the same on both machines if you are using image-based validation.
