I am facing the problem while I am using the ranorex image comparing feature. The application UI getting blank after comparing the images at run time.
We are using both contains image and compare image method (both place UI became blank at run time). Same thing we have observed in recording module also.
Please let me know why the UI becomes blank ?

Hi,
I believe this problem is occasionally caused (on some machines) by hidden screenshot capturing. Go to Settings >> Advanced tab and here uncheck "Use hidden screenshot capturing" option. Hope this helps?
