Post by Murali4426 » Thu May 09, 2013 2:01 pm

I want to automate the one of my application using Ranorex. I am using the Ranorex(4.0.3) and Win7 machine.I created the script and running successfully in IE and Firefox. My requirement is,same script should be work in Chrome also,While running the same script in Chrome(26.0.1410.64) "objects are not identifying". Those objects are under iframe,I am able to recognize outside the iframe objects.

Please find the attached screen shot of the object inside Iframe and Outside frame objects.

Hi,

In order to analyze this issue in detail could you please send us two Ranorex Snapshot files of that page? One when using IE and one when using Chrome.

Thanks,
Markus

Hi,
I have the same problem. I tried to mail Snapshots (2files = 8Mb) to address [email protected], but got a response "Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size"

Hi,

You could for instance zip the folder where the files are located in or you could upload it to our ftp server.
If this would be an option for you please send us an email from your companies email address, we will then send you an email including the needed credentials.

Regards,
Markus
