Instrumentation not working with Chrome after update

Post by marcelo.lebre » Tue Feb 04, 2014 6:20 pm

Hi,

I've updated Google Chrome to version 32.0.1700.107 and the instrumentation stopped working, basically the spy and tracker only recognize the browser's window, it doesn't identify any html element.

I'm currently using:

Google Chrome v 32.0.1700.107
Ranorex v 4.1.5.17134
.NET Runtime Version 4.0.30319

Please advise.

Thank you.

Hi Marcelo,

Sounds like something went wrong during the browser update. Do you get a “Technology limitation warning”?

Please uninstall Google Chrome, reboot your machine and reinstall the browser. After that, instrument Google Chrome again.

Regards,
Robert
