Target USB device always says "No USB devices found". I was able to add the device successfully under "Endpoints".
Kindly guide me asap so that connected device is visible there

Hi,
How exactly did you add the device? Does it say "connected" in the list of endopints? Are you sure there is installed iTunes on your computer?

Re: Iphone xr not detecting
Hi,
This is really weird. Once the device is added as a new endpoint and successfully connected, it should be visible in the list of USB devices. What Ranorex version do you use? As of now, I would suggest not to go to 9.0 and rather stick with previous 8.3.2. On the other hand, I've successfully instrumented and delivered an app on Android device, using Ranorex 9.0. But instrumentation of iOS apps is something completely different. So if 8.3.2 does not help, I would suggest to contact directly Ranorex support (via their support form).

Re: Iphone xr not detecting
I am using 9.0.0. Well, the process I followed was Instrumented the application and as the device was not shown. I used Itunes for the installation process.

Hi,
Furthermore, I would suggest resetting the "Trusted computers" -> Reset trust
Afterwards, please try to re-add the device and use Ranorex to instrument and deploy your application under test.
Cheers,
Robin
Maybe you could explain that in more detail?"I used Itunes for the installation process."

Re: Iphone xr not detecting
I got similar issue: iPad was connected to the Ranorex endpoint only through WiFi and it was not visible through USB.
What helped to me to fix that issue was following general suggestions how to connect iPad to a PC with windows using iTune application. After going through all steps with iTune there was not any issue in Ranorex with discovering iPad USB endpoint.
I hope this will help others.
