Is there a way in the licensing utility, studio or even by looking at the license itself to determine the specific expiration date of the license?
I've looked in those three places and could not determine a way to figure out the exact date (nice feature to add?).
Thanks...

Hm, something new for me:
- Does Ranorex license expire? (other then trial)...
- Does Ranorex license expire? (other then trial)...

Well, the license I guess does not expire, you can continue to use your licensed version in perpetuity... The subscription is what expires... I need an easy way to determine subscription expiration so that I can direct people to renew our subscription...

Just looking at the license key will not help, but the "About" dialogs of Spy, Recorder, and Studio will help you out.Ciege wrote:Is there a way in the licensing utility, studio or even by looking at the license itself to determine the specific expiration date of the license?

OK, thanks... I see a month/year expiration. Am I to assume that it expires on the last day of the month then?
Also, on runtime licensed machines, I cannot open Spy, Studio or Recorder, only the license utility, which does not appear to give the expiration of the installed license. So, how do I determine the expiration of a runtime subscription (short of a call or email to you fine folks)?

The License Utility does currently not show that info, we'll add that for V3.0. So, if you don't want to email us, you currently have a look at the date of the license mail you get when you purchase Ranorex licenses. If you have 12 months of subscription purchased with a license, the subscription ends 12 months after the sent date of that email (at the end of the month).Ciege wrote:So, how do I determine the expiration of a runtime subscription
