Hello Support team,

Ranorex Spy is unable to identify any of the pop up messages in Chrome (version 33). When I try spying any objects on the popup, Spy tools behaves as it sees nothing. It sees the objects behind the popup but not the ones on the popup.

Attached a screenshot when I try to spy Ok button on the popup which Spy doesn't see.

Hello SurajJaldu,

Please make sure that you use at least Ranorex version 4.1.4. As a second step assure that Chrome is instrumented properly and the Ranorex plugin is enabled.

I am using Ranorex 4.1.4, chrome has been instrumented properly and plugin is enabled.

Google Chrome inner controls are not supported, the same with it's properties pages.

To make click over the button inside an alert on Chrome, you must seek inside the Form element. See the picture.
