Unfortunately I’d need more information about your System and your application under test.
May I ask you to provide as much information as possible (Ranorex version, Java version, OS, etc)
Additionally, please also enable the internal logging mechanism by performing these steps
- Rename the attached NLog.txt into NLog.config
- Copy the renamed file into C:\Program Files (x86)\Ranorex 5.4\RanorexStudio\bin or in the directy where the text.exe is located
- After reproducing this problem, the generated Log file will be located in C:\Temp
