Hi,

We have downloaded trial version of Ranorex.

When we try to record some tests, we are not able to access objects in a form. With Find Object method i'm checking the related page but it's not access the components. It's only accessing the form. Fields are unaccessible.

How can we handle this issue? Is it not available for integration with Microsoft Dynamic Nav.

It is really urgent, we will give a decision about program.

Which version of Ranorex and MS Dynamics Nav do you use?
Have you tried to enable the GDI object recognition?
Can you post a snapshot of the application under test (after enabling GDI recognition), please?
