Hello,

I've been doing a POC to start using Ranorex with some applications I have in my company and Ranorex is not able to map the image-based objects of a critical application that I have.

Ranorex 8.2.0+git.10ce4055
.NET Runtime version: 4.0.30319.42000
Windows 7 Service Pack 1 64bit

That's the screenshot of the window when I use the screenshot action:



And here is the same window when I try to use image-based recognition:



Could you tell me what I am missing?

ps.: I can get other images from different applications.

Hi,

Have you tried to turn off the setting "Use hidden screenshot capturing" in Ranorex Settings? Hope that helps.
