Not able to recognize as data grid.

I have a desktop application which has data grids in Tabs. But I am not able to get data list from the grid.
PATH:
"/form[@controlname='fmMt32Main']/?/?/form[@controlname='fmPatManager']/?/?/container[@controlname='tsScreening']/?/?/container[@controlname='tsMain']/element[@controlname='grGrid']"

In the spy it shows the element as Unknown 'grGrid' and class type as 'TMDBGrid'.

Could you please post a Ranorex snapshot of the grid in question? Screenshot is unfortunately not helpful.
