Hello vijaykumar,

Thank you for the information.
Can you please give us more information about your issue?
Which version of Ranorex are you using? Did you instrument the application correctly? Please take a look at the section "Instrument and Deploy your iOS app" in our user guide in order to get a detailed description how to instrument an iOS app.
Is it possible to recognize the elements using Ranorex Spy?
Is it possible to record the test if your device is connected via WIFI?

Regards,
Bernhard

Hi vijaykumar,

What version of Ranorex are you using?
Can you please try to update Ranorex to the latest release?
Unfortunately I am not exactly sure if you are using Android or iOS. Can you please clarify?
If you are using Android, is it possible to provide the *.apk file in order to reproduce the issue? You can send it to [email protected].

Regards,
Bernhard

Hello Vijay,

I am afraid that i cannot analyze the issue without having your application.
Is it possible to send the *.apk file to [email protected]?
Thank you!

Bernhard
