Hello,
I am facing issues with Ranorex Object Identification, when I start recording or spying the object identification fails. Mouse disappears and the page becomes idle. I am getting the below notification stating enabling the addon.
Ranorex plugin is already enabled when I checked in "Manage Addons" in IE.
Please let me know whether I have to enable or install anything else.
OS : Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1 (64 bit)
Ranorex 9.1.1 (32 bit)

I would suggest to completely uninstall/reinstall Ranorex. And while you will be doing this, install most recent 9.1.2. Then try also 64bit Spy. And in case reinstalling Ranorex does not help, try it also on another computer. If it works on another computer and still does not work on your main computer, check the Ranorex/IE communication pipe, as discussed here:
