On doing any click action on web appln the ranorex stops recording and it hangs.Can you please tell me if there is a setting for this... Im unable to proceed with the recording..

Unfortunately, it is really hard to answer your question without additional information. May I ask you to answer following questions:

• • Which version of Ranorex do you currently use?
  • Which browser (+version) do you use?

Additionally, it would be really helpful if you could provide a Ranorex snapshot of your application under test. Information about creating a snapshot file can be found here
