Our apps is ERP and it's have DevExpress and Delphi11. (OS: win10, ranorex latest)
Ranorex is waiting for catch of button or the other object (ribbon menu items,combobox etc. ) and waiting time very long (one minute or high).
Even sometimes can't catch item when I tried record a test.
the other issue, it's wait for search of catched items when runing the record .
I watch video and attend a webinar on ranorex, it's don't do this there.
what's my problem and how can solve this ?

Hi,
If an UI element cannot be tracked during recording, you will most probably have to find and add the element manually via element tree in Spy. Just open the Spy and search the element you are looking for by scrolling and expanding the element tree. Recording is a useful feature, but you should not rely on it on 100%
