I have a couple of questions to ask. I would really appreciate if you can get back to me asap.

1. How can we Parameterize for a particular, Object property ?
2. How well we can Identify a grid checkbox or Datagrids that use 3rd-party Controls on Windows Forms
3. How to get the Runtime property of an Object ?

I am afraid that I don't understand your questions.
I would suggest to download the free trial version of Ranorex in order to check if Ranorex is able to recognize the elements and the properties in your applicaiton.
