Ranorex 7.1.2 License Manager problem

I've just installed the last update of Ranorex 7.1.2 and i've also updated Ranorex Lisence Manager to 7.1.2 but after running Ranorex Studio I got this error :
The License Manager '[SERVER IP]' was contacted, but no suitable license was available. Please add ...

We will be grateful if you could help us to solve this problem.
N.B. : We have a valide floating licenses.

Thank you for posting this question in our Forum.

This error message is usually an indication that your current license is not valid for the Ranorex version you have installed.
May I ask you to send me your customer ID or the last 6 digits of your current Ranorex License per email ([email protected])?

This allows me to check your license key in our system and to verify if the key is valid for Ranorex 7.1.2.
