Seems like Ranorex can't handle wave dash. I have a recording where I enter a password to a form and the password contain wave dash symbol ~.
When I inspect the form in Chrome I can see that an additional ~ have been added so it is ~~ which make the test fail.
I have tried entering the pw with both key sequence and set value, but no luck.
Ranorex 9.3.3 can't handle "~"
Re: Ranorex 9.3.3 can't handle "~"
Hi,
I'm afraid, I cannot reproduce this issue with most recent Ranorex 9.5.1. So please, update Ranorex with most recent version and try it again. If it does not help, please share a sample project, ideally with some test web page, where we can test and see this issue (e.g. Ranorex forum login or w3schoosl page). Thanks.
