Is it possible?
For my company this is extremely relevant in the near future and to accept the tool in a wider scope.
I know that you can automate through the browser Rx but i am talking about instrumenting the firefox app and then validate like the same way of the browser RX...images, text and so on...

Is it possible?

Usually, it's not possible to instrument and automate 3rd party apps. It's not a Ranorex problem. It's a security thing given by Android/iOS. There is nothing Ranorex folks can do about it. And this is why there is RxBrowser app.But of course, you can give it a shot. Have you tried to instrument the Firefox apk?

Yes and it is not possible.
Sadly.
All the browser apps should be the same...chrome, dolphin and so on :S

Limitation? Maybe, but definitely not a Ranorex limitation. It's Android/iOS security limitation.

I can understand that.
The truth is that if the user wants to see their website on firefox android and test it.
They cannot!

So it is a limitation...even if it is not a Ranorex related one.
