In an android emulator, I can do all the required actions, but when I want to logout from the app, a logout popup appears to confirm the logout and Spy cannot detect the popup. I have already changed the status of the mobile settings (as advised here on the forum), but it's still the same.
Can anyone give a suggestion how to overcome this step?

Can you post a Ranorex snapshot generated by Ranorex spy? (do a quick search if you are not famaliar)
