Ranorex in a continuous integration environment?

Post by madamx » Tue Jul 03, 2018 10:17 am

We plan to integrate our GUI test scripts in a continuous integration environment, putting it in our build system, so it will run tests on a much more regular basis.
We use Subversion, Cruise Control.

Any experiences or suggestions about this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Madamx,

We have a great blog post to help you integrate your Ranorex text into any CI process. Although we don't have any specific documentation for CruiseControl, the process is generally the same across most CI tools. Furthermore, the available command line arguments can help customize how your test runs without needing to build several different versions of your test.

I hope this helps!

Cheers,
Ned
