Ranorex is stopped working with system error expection

Hi Support team,

I am working on Ranorex 3.1 version.When I am trying to open my Ranorex solution file Ranorex is stopped working with Error Ranorexstudio.exe system error.

Please provide me the solution ASAP.

Hi,

Which bit width has your operation system? Does this only occur is you start Ranorex Studio or even if you start the Spy? Would it be possible to upgrade to the latest version of Ranorex? Ranorex 3.2.3

Thanks for reply..

I am using 64 bit OS and issue occurred when I open the any solutions.
I want to continue the work with 3.1 version of Ranorex.

And if you start the standalone spy the bitbrigde crashes too?

Yes in both conditions Ranorex got crashed.

Did this problem occur "suddenly"? I.e. did you change anything on the system that could cause the problem to start?

Please, try to reinstall Ranorex and make sure that you use the latest Ranorex 3.1 version, i.e. 3.1.3!
