Ranorex Register and Spy Pro 1.3.0 startup issues

Some customers have reported that the Ranorex Register Tool
and the Ranorex Spy Pro application fail to start.

:idea: These problems should vanish after installing the following package (in the appropriate language):

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)
