Post by Swapnil_d13 » Thu Jan 31, 2013 12:36 pm

Hi,
I didn't get ranorex report log after test case failure. I had tried using RanorexException,Exception to fail test case, test case gets failed succesfully but ranorex report was not coming after its failure.

Hello,

Which version of Ranorex do you use?
Please try to install our current version 4.0.2 (Download).
Do you use customized reports?

Regards,

Version : 4.0.1.21107 But I think problem is different.
Problem : Actually, I am using worker thread to look after another task in our application. It runs parallel with main application. When my worker thread found error in our application it throws ranorexException(written in code). I think whenever it throws exception from code module in which thread logic is written, same time my another module is in process. It is not identifying where to handle that error and stops running test case. It is showing big unhanded exception message block having two button action 'break' and 'Terminate'.when I click on terminate it stops but ranorex report log is not coming after that. Help!!!
