Hello
Is it possible to run mobile tests (native apps) on emulators on SeleniumBox?
If yes: How? I couldn't find any documentation about it, it would be really REALLY nice if one of you would/could share his/her experience with me.
Thanks a lot in advance

Re: Ranorex & SeleniumBox
Hi,
The answer is the same as for BrowserStack. Ranorex Selenium support is only for web-based apps. So no, it's not possible to test native Android/iOS apps with it.
Ranorex recently introduced something called Ranorex Driver, which allows automating DESKTOP apps with Webdriver. But this is also not usable for mobile apps.

Thank you for your fast reply!
Re: Ranorex & SeleniumBox
That means if I want to use emulators I take AndroidStudio for Android and xCode (on a separate Mac? Mac simulator on same pc?) for iOS?
Re: Ranorex & SeleniumBox
Hi,
As long as you can create and connect to Android/iOS endpoint, it should be possible to use Android/iOS emulators. I'm sorry, but I'm not a mobile-testing guys, so I have zero experience with emulators. Only limited experience with Android devices
